Hi, I’m Ethan Hudgins, the founder and Principal of Durable Redistricting. I worked full-time in a redistricting analytical role through the 2020 redistricting cycle, supporting redistricting efforts across multiple states for nearly three years. A Florida native, I graduated from the University of Florida and earned an MS Urban Planning from Columbia University.

I launched Durable Redistricting to bring proven experience to clients seeking practical and innovative approaches in the current redistricting cycle and beyond.
